Paypal is the only method of payment accepted.
You do not need need to have a pay pal account in order to purchase.
If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee. If a reshipment is not requested, we will issue a refund, less all shipping fees.
Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email advising you once your order has been dispatched.
Order tracking is available for USPS shipping, so please wait the full 10 working days for your shipping to arrive before contacting Concrete Rose Boutique.
Your dispatch email will include a tracking link. Because the post office does not scan the label during pick up, USPS tracking numbers will only be updated when the package is actually delivered.
International orders require extra time for customs and inspection: please allow up to five (5) extra business days for international orders. Shipping for all international packages will be invoiced after orders are placed.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Cutoff time for USPS Express Mail service is 6:00 A.M. CST. If you pay before 6:00 A.M. CST, we will be able to process your order on the same business day. You will, in general, receive the package by 3:00 P.M. the following day.
Overnight service is not available for:
US territories (eg. PR, Virgin Islands, Guam)
Military bases (e.g. APOs/FPOs, AE)
Overnight Order - delivery in 1-2 days
Rush Orders delivery in 2-4 days
Standard - delivery in 5-10 days
Undeliverable packages are returned to us by the shipping company. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment with the new corrected address. Reshipping fees will be charged on all reshipments. If we do not receive any contact from the customer within a week of the package being returned, we will issue a refund, less the shipping costs. All packages are shipped based on the address provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the cusomter to ensure that the delivery address is correct.
There maybe a delay in all special order/back order items.
Please take in consideration high traffic seasons; especially HOLIDAY because shipping maybe delayed.
Designer items may take longer to ship. Production time is listed under the product details. Most designer items require a production time of 7-10 business days.
Please refer to the site for production time for each item.
These are considered custom and cannot be canceled. A deposit of 50% will be applied to all canceled designer orders.
Poor planning on your part, does not constitute an emergency on our end.
Please plan accordingly to our production and shipping time.
If you select rush/express shipping your order will be produced in the time listed, and shipped with rush/express shiping as selected at your time of checkout.
A store credit will be in place, if you can't find an item to replace the exchanged item for.
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
You will have to email firstname.lastname@example.org to initate the return.
If merchandise is not received within 5 days of the initial email, your item does NOT qualify for an exchange.
The receipt date will be based upon the delivery date through the carriers website.
(i.e. if items was delivered on the 15th, you have until the 20th to initate an exchange. Merchandise must be delivered to Concrete Rose within 5 days of the day you initiate the email.)
Refunds will be processed less the shipping charges if you decide after delivery that you no longer want the item(s).
